Delivery and Redemption of pHd digital Gift Certificates

Immediate fulfillment in the form of an email to the Gift Certificate recipient and an email receipt to the purchaser. Both the sender and receiver of the digital Gift Certificate are given the option to print a hard copy of the digital Gift Certificate and the Gift Certificate email. The latter contains the QR code that will be used to scan the Gift Certificate by pHd Salon Concierge at time of fulfillment. The digital Gift Certificate recipient must present the email containing the digital Gift Certificate at time of redemption following salon services. Digital Gift Certificate recipient may provide the digital Gift Certificate number to the Salon Concierge in the salon or have the option of requesting Salon Concierge to look up digital Gift Certificate in pHd’s Vagaro system. Recipients of digital Gift Certificates may print out the Gift Certificate email for Salon Concierge to scan following salon services. Unused pHd Gift Certificates cannot be returned.
 Multiple Gift Certificates may be combined for use in a single transaction.

General Terms

By using pHd’s Vagaro Webpage you acknowledge that technical processing and transmission of the Vagaro Webpage, including the information you may enter, may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. pHd and its service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for the failure of any information to be received, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the pHd Digital Gift Certificate, for any human error or printing error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the the Vagaro Webpage or on-line service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.

You accept all responsibility for, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Philadelphia Hair Design, Inc. and affiliates and each such company's respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, franchisees and successors, assigns, and service providers, from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by you or for any unauthorized access to or use or misuse of your digital pHd Gift Certificate.
 

pHd is working with Vagaro to provide services for pHd with respect to the pHd Gift Certificates purchased from the pHd Vagaro Webpage. Philadelphia Hair Design, Inc. is the merchant of record associated with payments on the Vagaro Webpage, and "PP*Philadelphia Hair Desi" will appear on your credit card or bank statements.

Acceptance of Terms

The pHd Gift Certificate program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as pHd decides to terminate the issuance of the pHd Gift Certificates. pHd may terminate the issuance of pHd Gift Certificates at any time, with or without notice. pHd may modify any of the terms and conditions governing use of the pHd Gift Certificates at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your ability to use your pHd Gift Certificate, subject to our compliance with applicable laws. Your continued use of the pHd Gift Certificates constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that pHd may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
