Appointment Cancellation Policy
When you book your reservation, we require your credit card information to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations may be made online or by calling the salon.
Late cancellations will result in a charge to the credit card on file that is equal to the reserved service amount. While this fee cannot be refunded, you may use this fee as a deposit for a visit within one week of the missed appointment. No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
REFUND Policy
pHd does not offer refunds for salon services. In the event of an undesired result, a reasonable adjustment will be made within one week of the original service.Refunds on retail product returns are at the discretion of management. We do not offer refunds on gift certificate purchases. We do not offer refunds on gift certificate purchases.
